Sandiren led the regulatory stream for Batelco’s successful structural separation, driving the regulatory, economic, and operational frameworks that ensured a smooth transition. He advised cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance, pricing strategies, product roadmaps, and network evolution, aligning the project with market liberalization and investment-friendly principles. From June 2020 to January 2023, Sandiren led industry discussions as the key representative of Bahrain’s newly formed wholesale-only fiber entity, driving regulatory advocacy, industry engagement, and strategic policy updates.
